Learn How to Code for FREE!

CodeNow's FREE San Francisco Workshop!

 

Since 2011, over 1,900 high school students across the country have participated in one of our workshops. Our students come from diverse backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common. They are all motivated to learn!‚Äč

About the Workshop
During the workshop, students will work in small groups, led by professional software engineers. Through collaboration, students will get to create interactive games and apps while learning the fundamentals of the Ruby programming language .

Workshop Schedule

9:00am: Check In
9:20am: Introductions and Ice Breaker Exercise
9:30am: Coding Begins (with scheduled breaks)
12:00pm: LUNCH
1:00pm: Coding Continues (with scheduled breaks)
3:30pm: Clean Up and Announcements


If students need public transit stipends to attend our workshop, all they have to do is request it on the CodeNow application.
