Ian Enriquez began working at Lincoln’s Wellness Center in the Spring of 2002 after getting his Masters in Counseling from San Francisco State University.  Ian works with many studentsand staff  one-on-one, in groups, through class lectures, the Youth Outreach Program, and Health Idol.  He sends out a weekly newsletter about youth health issues, local events and opportunities, as well as tips for parents and teachers working with teens. 

After receiving a Sociology degree from Oberlin College, Ohio in 1996, he moved to San Francisco to start a new life.  He has dabbled in theater, film, and got a certification in African dance styles since moving to the Pacific coast.  Currently, he dances with the Barbary Coast Cloggers, who infuse their performances with lessons in American heritage.
