My interests are in teaching and counseling multicultural and underrepresented students, how to support them in our educational systems and in society, equal and consistent education, challenging norms, family school collaboration, alternative teaching, effects of schools on society and society on schools, student identity within school and society, effective leadership of change, school site collaboration and student advocacy. Outside of school my hobbies include reading, spending time with my family and friends, anything that has to do with baseball, exploring the beautiful Bay Area, going to the beach, shopping and eating.
