I am originally from Ohio; most of my family is still living in the Cleveland area.  I moved to Marin County after living in Southern California, Pennsylvania and Ohio. This is my 31st year of teaching; there should be some kind of reward for that longevity!  I feel very fortunate that I still love the teaching profession.  I enjoy coming to school and working with students.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising and was in a buying program for one of the May Company stores in Ohio before becoming a teacher.

I have a strong background in technology and business.  I’ve taught various Marketing courses; Careers in Fashion,  E-Marketing, Retail Co-op and Internships as well as Microsoft Tools throughout my educational career.  Currently, I am teaching Computer Applications, Entrepreneurship, Ethics in Business and Accounting.

I model my belief that education is a life long journey; continually striving to upgrade and improve my knowledge and skills in the subject areas that I teach.  I encourage my student to stay abreast of current trends in business and to understand the necessity for learning in our fast paced global economy.

When I am not in school, I enjoy sailing on the Bay, going to the gym, working in my yard, and skiing in Tahoe.
