- Any Student Who Has 115 Credits Or More - (not necessarily listed as a 11th or 12th grader) AND has NOT passed the ELA or Math parts of the CA High School Exit Exam must test on Tuesday, October 7th and Wednesday, October 8th at 8:31 a.m. Testing locations include the cafeteria, library and various classrooms. Students will receive passes in homeroom on Friday.
- Lincoln's School Nurse, Ms. Kathy Ward, Is Here 3 Days A Week - most Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in room 184. Along with caring for injuries and medical/health related incidents, Mrs. Ward will also provide Condom/Reproductive Education, as well as Smoking Education Classes. TODAY students may come to the nurse's office for reproductive education and to receive condoms. See calendar on the nurse's door for other dates. For those who have received smoking citations, you will be sent a notice to attend a mandatory smoking class within the next two weeks.
- Did You Miss Out on the Yearbook Kick-Off Sale? - Well, good news! You can still purchase the 2009 yearbook online at jostensyearbooks.com for $85 and on campus for $90 in Mr. Sylvester's room, Bungalow 8. Don't delay. Prices will only go up!
- Do You Have A Secret Crush - but can't bring yourself to tell them? Well, how about telling them in the 2009 yearbook? You can drop off your desired message with your crush's name in Mr. Sylvester's room Bungalow 8 or outside of Mr. Owen's room 104. Remember, your name is totally optional! Hurry! Space is limited!
- Homecoming Court Applications - are available outside the Mustang Cage. Please turn in applications by Friday, October 3rd to room 137, room 171 or to the Mustang Cage during lunch.
- Snowy Mustangs - meet at lunch in room 126A.
- Break Dancing Club - meet outside room 171 during lunch and outside room 137 after school every day!
- Magic Club - meets at lunchtime in TB-03.
- R.O.A.R. (Reach Out for Animal Rights) - will meet during lunchtime in Bungalow 6. There will be important decisions that we'll make. Please attend if you support animal rights and want to make a difference in the lives of animals.
- All-Star Club - meets during lunch in room 325. Let's practice the dance!
- Fellowship Club - meets during lunch in room 320.
- Chinese Club - meets in room1 35 at 11:35 every Wednesday.
- La Raza Unida - meets in room 303 during lunch. We welcome new members.
- Lincs - meet on Thursday during lunch in room 102.
- Mandarin Club - meets on Thursday at lunch in room 105.
- Faculty & Staff Luncheon - will be hosted by the Varsity Gold Show Choir on Friday in the library for a donation of $5. You will be treated to pasta, salad and garlic bread along with beverages and dessert. So plan now to spend time with your colleagues enjoying a good lunch on the last day of the marking period.
- Coffee For Students (CSF) - operates the hot drink machine in the main office. For $1 you can always get a favorite drink and support student scholarships.
