ALHS After School Program

FREE CAL Day Tour @ UC Berkeley!

CAL Day 2014 @ UC Berkeley for Lincoln Students & Families!

When: Saturday, April 12, 2014

Time: 9:00am-4:00pm

***We have a 40 person maximum for the event so please RSVP with Ramany Sim at , in Room 121E, or call 415-283-8782 to reserve a spot. We require all participants to sign a YMCA Liability Waiver form which you can download below in the following post "YMCA Liability Waiver for Field Trips."

We will meet in front of the school to take Lincoln students and their families on the YMCA school bus. YMCA After School Program staff members will come along as chaperones. We will provide free snacks and water; but we suggest you bring money as there will be food vendors and eateries in the area. The CAL Day Tour and transportation are absolutely FREE to all Lincoln families and students.

The Excel, Stonestown Family YMCA, Abraham Lincoln High School After School Program Offers a Calendar of Academic Support and Enrichment Activities Every Day Until 6:00pm, for all ALHS Students. The After School Program is Free to Join, With a Free Snack Every Day, and most programs  are Drop-In except for Night School.


Tutoring is offered after school in multiple tutoring centers ran by Lincoln teachers, YMCA Staff, Peer Tutors, and/or Volunteers. One-on-one tutoring is also available in all subject areas by trained peer tutors. Please contact Ms. Ramany Sim in Room 121E for more information.

Credit Recovery is offered at Lincoln high through Cyber High courses and Night School courses. All credit recovery classes follow the semester schedule, and require a counselor's referral. See your counselor for information on how to sign up. 

Enrichment Activities are offered every day after school.  Graffiti Murals, weightlifting, The Bridge Program, various volunteer opportunities and the after school Teen Cultural Center are all open to Lincoln students.

The Teen Cultural Center is open every day after school and has space for; homework help, service learning projects, field trips, games, and community. Stop by the Cafeteria (or next door, in Room 35) to speak with Ms. Beatrice Tesorero for more information.
